• Postcards must be between 3.5 x 5 inches and 4.25 x 6 inches, and no more than 0.016 inches thick. 
• Letters have a maximum weight of 3.5 ounces, with dimensions of 6⅛ x 11½ inches and a thickness of 0.009 to ¼ inch.  
• Large envelopes (flats) can weigh up to 13 ounces and have maximum dimensions of 12 x 15 inches and a thickness of ¼ to ¾ inch.
